Both roles below overlap in many ways. If you’re a full-stack developer choose either. Today our tech-stack is Python and JavaScript. Tomorrow it could be something else! The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, driven and ready to push ideas to fruition with a strong emphasis on innovation.

Note that in the near term internships are unpaid. Consequently you will gain experience with the following that will make you production-ready for future endeavours:

  • Pair/Mob programming

  • Agile process ceremonies (stand ups, grooming, planning, retros)

Front End Developer

Loction: Stockholm

As a Front End Developer, you'll have the opportunity to kickstart your web development career. You’ll work closely with senior developers from Spotify while you learn and grow in a supportive environment.

  • Turning complex ideas into easy to use and appealing web interfaces with data and visualizations

  • Whiteboarding followed by rapid building of prototypes using frontend UI frameworks

  • Ensuring web application scalability and performance

  • Evaluating and adopting emerging front-end technologies

  • Conducting code reviews and maintaining code quality

  • Continuously improving development processes

Backend End Developer

Loction: Stockholm

As a Backend End Developer, you'll have the opportunity to kickstart your backend development career. You’ll work closely with senior developers from Spotify while you learn and grow in a supportive environment.

  • Trying out and optimizing AI solutions to create a better end user experience

  • Rapidly building backends to support prototyping and feature experiments

  • Building IaC (infrastructure as code) from the ground up with DevOps tooling

  • Advocating for backend security, API design standards, and best practices

  • Working across a multi-cloud platform solution

  • Debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex backend issues

  • Contributing to backend development standards and documentation
